Computer Hardware Warranty: We warrant your new computer hardware for one (1) full year from date of purchase. Warranty includes all original equipment from failure as purchased, plus access to service personnel by phone, service in our shop or your home. Does not include:
Accessories added to computer by purchaser, including RAM, additional hard drives, dvd/cd devices, software which induces hardware failure. Downloaded viruses, spyware, malware which caused equipment and software failure. Damages from electrical, lighting surges, over or under voltages or amps from your Electrical company, Cable company, Phone company. Removal of viruses, spyware, etc are charged at our normal rate. Additional accessories added by Quail Computing are covered under warranty up to one year after they are installed.
INSTALLATION WARRANTY
Initial installations of wired, wireless networks are warranted for a periods of one (1) months from installation date. Wired and wireless devices are NOT covered if damaged by electrical spikes or under or over voltages caused by your Electrical company, Cable company, Phone company.
